The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) now processes registrations using both ink fingerprint cards and electronic fingerprint submissions (EFS). Our partnership with an accredited fingerprint channeller approved to submit Electronic Fingerprint Submissions (EFS) to FINRA, allows us to instantly transmit electronic fingerprint submissions for processing. Efficient Service EFS allows for faster processing times, higher quality fingerprints, reduced rejection rates, and lower FINRA fingerprint processing fees. Provide your firm CRD number and we provide the electronic submission of your fingerprints to FINRA. Your firm receives the results in 3 to 5 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Please note: We require prepayment to reserve your appointment and secure your desired time on our calendar. We understand that unexpected situations may happen. If you need to reschedule your appointment please let us know as soon as possible in advance so that we can make adjustments to our schedule. Appointments can be canceled for a full refund up to 1 hour prior to commencement. After that, 50% of the fee will be returned to Client. We make every attempt possible to arrive at your scheduled appointment on time and be prepared to deliver professional service. Given the time-sensitive and detailed nature of many document Notarizations, unforeseen circumstances can occur. In the event your appointment is delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible.
