Service Description
The FD-258 card is a popular request we get from customers that want to submit their fingerprint record to the FBI. We capture your fingerprints electronically and print them on a card for you. If you have your own cards from your agency we can print on those too! Two cards are included with this service and additional cards can be purchased as well. A great solution for most agencies: Insurance, Immigration documents, Out of State Fingerprinting, NFA (ATF/FFL), State of Georgia Agencies, etc... Don't see the time you want? Cancellation Policy
Please note: We require prepayment to reserve your appointment and secure your desired time on our calendar. We understand that unexpected situations may happen. If you need to reschedule your appointment please let us know as soon as possible in advance so that we can make adjustments to our schedule. Appointments can be canceled for a full refund up to 1 hour prior to commencement. After that, 50% of the fee will be returned to Client. We make every attempt possible to arrive at your scheduled appointment on time and be prepared to deliver professional service. Given the time-sensitive and detailed nature of many document Notarizations, unforeseen circumstances can occur. In the event your appointment is delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible.
