Service Description

The ATF’s National Firearms Act (NFA) Division is the United States federal authority tasked with regulating firearms covered by the National Firearms Act. The NFA Division processes all applications to make, export and register NFA firearms and destructive devices, and all NFA applications require fingerprint capture and submission. We securely capture your fingerprints on our live scan device and provide you with the EFT file for you to upload for ATF requirements. Please note that this is an encrypted file. This service includes the provision of an EFT file only and does not include the submission of Form 1 or Form 4.

Cancellation Policy

Please note: We require prepayment to reserve your appointment and secure your desired time on our calendar. We understand that unexpected situations may happen. If you need to reschedule your appointment please let us know as soon as possible in advance so that we can make adjustments to our schedule. Appointments can be canceled for a full refund up to 1 hour prior to commencement. After that, 50% of the fee will be returned to Client. We make every attempt possible to arrive at your scheduled appointment on time and be prepared to deliver professional service. Given the time-sensitive and detailed nature of many document Notarizations, unforeseen circumstances can occur. In the event your appointment is delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible.
